Operations Manager (eCommerce)

TL;DR

Operations Manager (eCommerce/Supply Chain): Support operations leadership in day-to-day operations and strategic project management with an accent on fulfillment execution, carrier network performance, and process optimization. Focus on leading direct reports, mitigating operational risks, and driving data-informed continuous improvements across retail and wholesale channels.

Location: Remote (United States), strong preference for candidates located on the East Coast to support East Coast business hours. In-state and out-of-state travel required for on-site audits and 3PL visits.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

• Support operations leadership in 360-degree day-to-day operations and project management.
• Oversee implementation of internal and cross-functional operations initiatives.
• Lead and manage direct reports, providing coaching to align with objectives.
• Review and improve processes, communicate SOPs quarterly, and mitigate risks under deadlines.
• Own carrier performance, metrics reporting, and fulfillment execution including EDI flows.
• Drive analytics and insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or similar.
• 4-6 years in operations management in manufacturing, preferably Nutraceutical, Wellness, or CPG; high-growth experience a plus.
• 1-2 years managerial experience including hiring and team growth.
• Proficiency in Magento, Skubana, Salesforce or similar; 3PL and eCommerce knowledge required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Flexible for travel, weekends, and late nights as needed.
