TL;DR

Sales Order Processing Administrator (ERP): Managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process and order fulfillment for the NUK business with an accent on CRM/ERP data accuracy and supply chain compliance. Focus on optimizing order fulfillment from demand to delivery, managing inventory forecasting, and maintaining operational KPIs.

Location: Loughton, United Kingdom. Hybrid: 5 days onsite for the first 6 months, then 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

What you will do

  • Prepare order paperwork and administer all order types to support business revenue objectives.
  • Create and manage clean orders within CRM and ERP systems, including equipment, software, and services.
  • Coordinate daily order fulfillment activities from demand to delivery for the NUK Business.
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasting and stock levels in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
  • Lead meetings and projects on behalf of the Order to Cash team, communicating with senior leaders.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on SOP KPIs, forecast accuracy, and vendor performance.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B order processing and managing legal documents.
  • Proven track record of high-accuracy data entry across multiple systems.
  • Experience with Materials Replenishment Planning (MRP) and the supply chain planning cycle.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP is highly desirable).
  • Experience using SFDC, Siebel, and Business Base.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Loughton office (United Kingdom).
