Procurement Buyer (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid at headquarters in Salo, Finland, with partial remote work possible. Only applicants eligible to work in Finland with valid EU work authorization will be considered.

What you will do

• Coordinate purchasing for R&D samples, prototype series, and production volumes
• Manage supplier relationships including forecasting, claims, and transportation
• Monitor deliveries, handle past-due shipments, and control invoices
• Maintain inventory levels and accurate records for purchasing, pricing, and stock
• Arrange inbound transportation with local and global forwarders
• Develop ERP data for components, stock, and product structures as key user
• Contribute to PLM development within Supply Chain Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant procurement/supply chain experience
• Good understanding of inventory management principles
• Experience with ERP systems, including setup and development
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Finnish proficiency highly beneficial; must hold valid EU work authorization for Finland
• Solid IT skills, clear communication, and proactive mindset
