Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - working in the office 3 days a week

What you will do

• Manage 3PL operations as the primary point of contact for the fulfillment center to ensure alignment with delivery standards.
• Optimize fulfillment efficiency by analyzing operational data to improve lead times, costs, and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
• Oversee carrier management and proactively resolve day-to-day logistical bottlenecks.
• Coordinate the introduction of new SKUs and implement system enhancements within the logistics chain.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sourcing, and Planning teams to integrate fulfillment requirements into the product lifecycle.
• Handle logistics support tasks, including invoice verification and cost control.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment center management.
• Proven track record in handling international courier transport and logistics.
• Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems or shipment tracking platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for working effectively with operational data.
• Fluent Polish (C1) and good command of English (B2).
• Valid category B driving license and readiness for occasional business travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment, ideally within furniture or oversized shipping logistics.
• Strong background in improving logistics KPIs and managing complex supply chain relationships.
• Familiarity with modern LMS, project management tools, or carrier negotiation and cost optimization.
