What you will do
- Develop and oversee Bus Initiative strategy, operational plans, OKRs, KPIs, budgets, and performance reviews.
- Manage portfolio of major programs including demonstrations, fleet transitions, deployments, and incentives.
- Advance policy frameworks, provide technical expertise on bus technologies and infrastructure, engage agencies.
- Drive business development, secure funding, build partnerships with transit agencies, manufacturers, utilities.
- Lead and grow team of program managers and experts, foster innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Business, or related; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in transit, school transportation, fleet electrification, or clean transportation.
- 7+ years program/project management of complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- 5+ years business development and partnerships.
- Team leadership experience; knowledge of policy, regulations, bus technologies.
- Experience with transit agencies, school districts, manufacturers, utilities, public agencies.
Nice to have
- Exceptional strategic thinking and operational planning.
- Coalition-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Technical writing, speaking, presentation experience.
- Familiarity with modeling, business case analysis, fleet assessment.
