What you will do

  • Develop and oversee Bus Initiative strategy, operational plans, OKRs, KPIs, budgets, and performance reviews.
  • Manage portfolio of major programs including demonstrations, fleet transitions, deployments, and incentives.
  • Advance policy frameworks, provide technical expertise on bus technologies and infrastructure, engage agencies.
  • Drive business development, secure funding, build partnerships with transit agencies, manufacturers, utilities.
  • Lead and grow team of program managers and experts, foster innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Business, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years in transit, school transportation, fleet electrification, or clean transportation.
  • 7+ years program/project management of complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • 5+ years business development and partnerships.
  • Team leadership experience; knowledge of policy, regulations, bus technologies.
  • Experience with transit agencies, school districts, manufacturers, utilities, public agencies.

Nice to have

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and operational planning.
  • Coalition-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Technical writing, speaking, presentation experience.
  • Familiarity with modeling, business case analysis, fleet assessment.
