Salary: $135,000–$165,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Build the sales operations program from the ground up, including forecasting models and performance frameworks.
  • Define and track key metrics to ensure measurable and predictable revenue growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
  • Design processes to improve lead flow, deal velocity, and overall sales productivity.
  • Assist in the administration, review, and revision of client proposals and contracts.
  • Provide data-informed recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, or revenue strategy within a consultancy or enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of building sales operations and revenue planning from zero-to-one.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, forecasting models, and pipeline analysis.
  • Experience creating client proposals, pricing structures, and contract workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make trade-off decisions under pressure.
