What you will do
- Build the sales operations program from the ground up, including forecasting models and performance frameworks.
- Define and track key metrics to ensure measurable and predictable revenue growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
- Design processes to improve lead flow, deal velocity, and overall sales productivity.
- Assist in the administration, review, and revision of client proposals and contracts.
- Provide data-informed recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, or revenue strategy within a consultancy or enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of building sales operations and revenue planning from zero-to-one.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, forecasting models, and pipeline analysis.
- Experience creating client proposals, pricing structures, and contract workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build alignment across technical and non-technical functions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and make trade-off decisions under pressure.
