Salary: $113,900 - $159,500 USD

What you will do

• Support lifecycle of securities filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and Section 16 reporting
• Assist with equity administration, program management, and record-keeping
• Facilitate domestic and international corporate filings for hirify.global and subsidiaries
• Maintain corporate minute books, records database, and prepare board meeting materials
• Assist with M&A and corporate transactions including diligence and project management
• Support outside counsel management and legal operations via tools like Brightflag
• Facilitate testing and adoption of AI tools and plan legal team offsites

Requirements

• Three+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including securities and corporate governance
• Organized, detail-oriented, process-focused, proactive, and adaptable
• Comfortable with hybrid skillset: corporate minutes, counsel billing, team offsites
• Technological adaptability as early adopter of software and AI tools
