Estimated Pay Range: $27.73 - $34.66 hourly (non-exempt)

What you will do

• Organize and manage meetings for Medical Directors and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Take actionable notes, document decisions, and track action items and deliverables.
• Follow up to ensure progress on timelines and integration milestones.
• Compile summaries and dashboards highlighting progress, risks, and updates for leadership.
• Coordinate clinical review requests and align Medical Directors with operational teams.
• Maintain organized records in Microsoft tools and propose workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 6 years in project coordination or executive administrative support
• At least 2 years of project or administrative experience in healthcare or medical device/services organization
• Proven organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project tracking tools and AI tools (CoPilot)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for global teams
