Estimated Pay Range: $27.73 - $34.66 hourly (non-exempt)

What you will do
- Organize and manage meetings for Medical Directors and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Take actionable notes, document decisions, and track action items and deliverables.
- Follow up to ensure progress on timelines and integration milestones.
- Compile summaries and dashboards highlighting progress, risks, and updates for leadership.
- Coordinate clinical review requests and align Medical Directors with operational teams.
- Maintain organized records in Microsoft tools and propose workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- At least 6 years in project coordination or executive administrative support
- At least 2 years of project or administrative experience in healthcare or medical device/services organization
- Proven organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and AI tools (CoPilot)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for global teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
