Product Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote US only, prefer hybrid from Holmdel, New Jersey or Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Fully remote candidates must be located in other US states and attend in-person interview prior to start.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do

• Coordinate product delivery action plans, workflows, and artifacts for assigned programs.
• Partner with product teams and SMEs to execute high-level vision into detailed plans.
• Manage tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and SharePoint for collaboration and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings and sessions to implement product solutions and improvements.
• Support UAT, beta testing, defect triage, and continuous improvement.
• Handle reporting and communications to track progress and share insights.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in hybrid roles like Product Support, Business Analyst, Program/Project Coordination, or Customer Service
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) from planning to launch.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, SharePoint or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with cross-functional teams, customers, and executives; basic healthcare software knowledge including HIPAA.
