What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives to develop the skills and behaviors necessary for success.
  • Establish company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and investment capacity requirements.
  • Manage and report on revenue forecasts and strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the complete revenue and customer success process.
  • Develop trust-based relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term growth.
  • Deliver strategic growth plans and establish a revenue and investment plan within the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in Italy within the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies.
  • Expertise in methodology-based sales coaching, specifically MEDDPIC and the Challenger mentality.
  • Experience in value-based sales engaging both IT stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Strong executive relationship network and knowledge of the partner ecosystem.
  • Fluent Italian and business English language required.
