Key Account Manager – Lab Solutions (Italy): Own and drive sales performance of Lab solutions across the Italian market with an accent on revenue growth, pipeline development, and market share expansion. Location: Based in Milan, Italy with national responsibility across Italy. Field-based role requiring extensive travel across Italy. Flexible working model (up to 2 days remote per week).

What you will do
- Own sales performance of Lab solutions, delivering revenue growth, pipeline development, and market expansion across Italy
- Identify new business opportunities, execute upselling/cross-selling, and segment the Italian Lab market
- Engage with dental labs nationwide to understand needs, position ’s digital ecosystem, and drive digital transformation
- Collaborate with reseller partners on sales execution, training, joint activities, and business reviews
- Work with local/global teams on go-to-market activities, product launches, and lead generation for clinic solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in the dental industry with proven track record in revenue driving and new business
- Experience in key account management and complex sales cycles
- Knowledge of Dental CAD software (e.g., Exocad, Dental System) and digital workflows (Lab & Clinic)
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel extensively across Italy
- Strong commercial mindset, communication, negotiation skills, and high ownership
