Location: You will be based in New York or Boston area. Hybrid model: office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; flexibility on Wednesdays and Fridays. English as working language.
Salary: $128,000-$148,000

What you will do
- Develop lifecycle strategies and campaign roadmaps aligned to quarterly revenue and pipeline goals.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns across CRM channels like email, chatbot, in-app, including AI-enhanced messaging and optimization.
- Manage campaign tagging, measurement, and reporting for attribution, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Leverage AI for strategy, prompt frameworks, automation rules, and experimentation with new tools.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, Analytics, Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Legal.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in lifecycle, growth, or demand generation marketing in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Proven success with multi-touch campaigns driving pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (Marketo, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe).
- Strong grasp of marketing data, tagging frameworks, and funnel performance.
- Collaborative operator thriving in cross-functional environments.
