What you will do
- Drive new business growth for Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA product lines.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within small and mid-sized employer groups.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and onboarding teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data within CRM systems.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
- Deep understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
- Proven track record of building relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
- Experience working within a high-growth company environment.
- Must be based in Ohio.
