What you will do

• Drive new business growth for Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA product lines.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within small and mid-sized employer groups.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal underwriting and onboarding teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data within CRM systems.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
• Deep understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
• Proven track record of building relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
• Experience working within a high-growth company environment.
• Must be based in Ohio.
