What you will do

• Drive strategic programs by translating ambiguous problems into clear executable plans and stakeholder alignment.
• Own end-to-end program execution from intake and scoping through launch readiness and retrospectives.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI tools for documentation, reporting, and workflow tooling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, CX, QA, Analytics, Business Apps, and Enablement teams.
• Establish reliable operating rhythms, including meeting cadences, decision logs, and reporting frameworks.
• Proactively manage commitments, close loops, and flag risks early with recommended paths forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within service operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Coda, and Smartsheet.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI and automation solutions to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMP certification.
