Senior Recruiter (General Engineering): Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for specialized technical roles across Brokerage, Crypto, and Core Engineering with an accent on building representative candidate pipelines and strategic sourcing. Focus on partnering with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies and engaging passive talent for high-impact security and infrastructure roles.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY (in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $99,000 – $150,000 USD (depending on location) + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Partner with Engineering leaders to define role scope, success criteria, and interview plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates in security, privacy, and internal engineering.
  • Use recruiting data to track pipeline health and adjust strategies based on measurable results.
  • Ensure a consistent and equitable candidate experience through clear communication and structured panels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including Backend, Frontend, and Engineering Management roles.
  • Experience hiring for specialized skill sets such as cloud security, product security, or privacy engineering.
  • Proven ability to build and convert passive candidate pipelines via multiple sourcing channels.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Gem.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY offices.
