TL;DR

Account Executive (LATAM): Achieving sales and profitability objectives by managing sales cycles for small and mid-market prospects in the LATAM region with an accent on territory planning, relationship development, demos, negotiations, and closing deals. Focus on qualifying leads, forecasting in Salesforce, and exceeding monthly quotas in a defined territory.

Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL (Oldsmar) - in office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday plus additional days as required. Unable to hire within Chicago city limits; willing to self-relocate outside city proper.

What you will do

  • Qualify prospects and maintain pipeline to achieve annual sales goals
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demos
  • Manage full sales cycles, negotiate terms, and close revenue
  • Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to hit monthly quotas
  • Build relationships and deliver tailored demos to business and technical audiences

Requirements

  • Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese required
  • 2+ years selling SaaS to B2B prospects
  • Consistent success meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Must work hybrid in Tampa, FL (Oldsmar)
