What you will do
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Develop customized sales strategies aligned with company goals and client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Track sales performance and provide accurate forecasting using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior sales representatives and provide market feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and professional persuasive skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and pipeline management.
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil.
- Ability to work according to the EST time zone.
