Requirements

• Active medical licensure in multiple US states in good standing.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field.
• Certification or substantial training in Functional Medicine.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telehealth and 3-5 years in clinical practice.
