TL;DR

Client Success Manager (Singapore): Own employer relationships from launch through renewal across APAC, driving product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth with an accent on partnering with Fortune 500 HR executives and serving as product expert and strategic consultant. Focus on analyzing client data for actionable recommendations, championing mental health programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve platform functionality.

Location: Remote within Singapore only. Candidates must be fully authorized to work in Singapore and/or Singaporean residents. Expected to work in your country/time zone.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts, serving as the primary contact for highest-priority customers
  • Build and manage relationships with global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants
  • Conduct regular account meetings, define custom program strategies, and drive engagement with mental wellness programs
  • Provide local implementation support, deliver Benefit Overview sessions, and lead global QBRs/ABRs
  • Use data tools like Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to diagnose client health, identify opportunities/risks, and guide decisions
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care teams to advocate for clients and ensure adoption

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders in B2B tech; employer benefits/healthcare experience a plus
  • Proven success managing 30+ customers autonomously, engaging executives and achieving high retention/adoption/expansion
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker; presentation skills for QBRs
  • Proactive problem-solving, objection handling, strategic advising, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for customer success, mental wellness, and fast-paced environments
