What you will do
- Manage and grow client accounts in B2B sales environment
- Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
- Collaborate with SDRs and sales teams for client onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and track KPIs like churn and expansion revenue
- Resolve client concerns proactively
Requirements
- 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record in upselling, renewals, or revenue expansion
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working remotely with international clients
