What you will do

• Facilitate onboarding and virtual training on loan origination, systems (Tinman, Betsy, NEONet), client communication, and product knowledge.
• Review live loan files for accuracy, compliance, structuring, and provide feedback using scorecards.
• Conduct coaching sessions and remediation to build critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Develop and update training curriculum, digital modules, job aids, checklists, and infographics.
• Analyze training gaps from file reviews and feedback to improve programs and upskilling paths.
• Manage multimedia assets, technical documentation, and communication support.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Tinman, mortgage workflows, and loan lifecycle.
• Experience in training, coaching, or onboarding in mortgage or financial services.
• Ability to evaluate loan files and give detailed feedback.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle fast-paced priorities.
