TL;DR

Client Education Specialist (EdTech): Manage key platforms including Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS, and Highspot to streamline team workflows and support training initiatives. Focus on platform administration, content development including videos and documentation, and co-facilitating client training sessions.

Location: 100% Remote - Anywhere within the US. Permanent residents of the United States required, with continued residency mandatory.

Salary: From $50,000 to $75,000 per year

What you will do

  • Administer platforms like Zoom, Google Workspace, Professional Services website, and ClickUp for seamless training delivery.
  • Maintain and optimize LMS and Highspot, improving workflows for internal teams and clients.
  • Create and update training materials including videos, written documentation, and courses on features and best practices.
  • Stay proficient in hirify.global ecosystem (CMS, EMS, Communications) and web trends to keep resources accurate.
  • Provide implementation assistance, best-practice guidance, and cross-functional support to strengthen the brand.
  • Master product suite to co-facilitate training sessions in various environments.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CMS like WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Joomla preferred.
  • Experience with video software like Camtasia, Clueso, Iorads for documentation.
  • Prior technical training or support experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel for in-person events/conferences.
  • Permanent and continued US residency required.
