What you will do

  • Create, build, and expand opportunities with diagnostic, pharmaceutical, biotech, and enterprise clients through prospecting, networks, and statements of work.
  • Identify and explore new growth areas for the company.
  • Develop pitch materials including decks, proposals, and sales collateral.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, gain referrals, and represent at conferences and events.
  • Oversee sales cycles, report on metrics and KPIs, and forecast revenue targets using CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales team on value propositions, proposals, and client presentations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue growth with background in diagnostics, health tech startup, or life sciences at sponsor/champion levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Robust industry network and proficiency leveraging relationships for sales growth.
  • Strong experience in lead discovery, crafting pitch decks, and proposals to close deals.
  • Understanding and daily use of AI for client analysis, value propositions, and opportunity identification.
  • Excellent communication, pipeline management, and proficiency with sales tools; thrive in startup environment.
