xDR (Cross-Functional Development Representative)

Location: Hybrid - San Francisco / Bay Area, CA. Candidates should be located in commuting distance and comfortable with in-person collaboration 2 times per month initially, increasing to 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 USD OTE (on-target earnings), consisting of base salary and commission, plus equity and benefits. Compensation may vary by country and local market.

What you will do

• Build pipeline to support revenue growth through thoughtful, strategic outreach.
• Partner with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless interactions.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for pipeline creation and lead management.
• Engage prospects meaningfully and serve as a product advocate using insights to improve pipeline quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in sales or related field, bonus for B2B SaaS or developer-focused roles.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, curiosity about the product, and confident communication.
• Proactive self-starter with business acumen and drive for success.
• Comfortable with hybrid arrangement in San Francisco / Bay Area commuting distance.
