Financial Reporting Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Lead global consolidation across multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and analytical reviews.
• Own and enhance the consolidation system, chart of accounts, and ERP mappings; evaluate and implement new reporting tools.
• Prepare management reports, executive dashboards, and financial presentations; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with 10-Q/10-K preparation, including MD&A, footnotes, and disclosures.
• Provide technical accounting research, ensure policy consistency, and monitor US GAAP updates.
• Coordinate external audits, manage requests, and support internal controls over financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including public or corporate accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and complex structures.
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and consolidation software (Hyperion, OneStream).
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.

• SEC reporting experience.
• Experience with SEC tools like Workiva.
