Senior Product Designer (Home Lending): Develop the vision, strategy, and language for hirify.global's ecosystem of financial products including automated investing, cash accounts, and stock investing with an accent on holistic product experiences and financial outcomes. Focus on solving complex challenges in consumer fintech, collaborating cross-functionally, and obsessing over craft from strategy to pixel-perfect interactions.

Palo Alto, CA (Open to US-based Remote). Open to candidates in the US.

~$180,000 USD plus Equity and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, user research, content design, legal, and compliance to define product vision and strategy.
• Shape holistic product experiences addressing complex financial needs in home lending and broader suite.
• Design from high-level strategy and flows to detailed interactions and visual craft.
• Articulate impact of design work on team and business outcomes.
• Proactively identify improvements, mobilize teams, and advocate for client needs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in consumer software.
• Portfolio demonstrating high bar for visual and interaction craft with business impact.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, researchers, and content designers in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills; self-starter with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional product thinker interested in business/customer needs, fintech, and home lending.

• Experience building consumer financial technology products.
