What you will do
- Serve as part of a shared team supporting a portfolio of low-touch/tech-touch clients with proactive communication via emails, webinars, and automated check-ins.
- Monitor client health metrics, own issue resolution from identification to closure, and coordinate escalations with internal teams.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, passing qualified leads to sales.
- Track usage metrics, feature adoption, and trigger automated outreach based on thresholds.
- Host webinars, create knowledge base content, and offer office hours or chat support.
- Use CRM, analytics, and automation tools for operational excellence and process improvements.
Requirements
- Reading, writing, and speaking fluency in English is a MUST-HAVE
- 2–4 years in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles (preferably SaaS, technology, or consulting).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at scale.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and tech-touch platforms.
- Experience in issue resolution and escalation management across stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Understanding of contact center operations, CRM platforms, AI solutions, or analytics.
