TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to achieve business outcomes.
  • Assess account health scores, proactively improve them, and mitigate risks.
  • Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic discussions.
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans to support retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to Product and influencing roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of Customer Success or key account management experience.
  • Strong English language skills for clear, goal-oriented communication.
  • Commercial mindset for negotiating optimal outcomes.
  • Customer-oriented approach, understanding needs behind questions.
