What you will do

  • Manage customer portfolio through regular meetings with customers and integrator partners.
  • Collect feedback on hirify.global system and partner implementation projects.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and customers.
  • Drive retention and renewals via strong relationship building.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product, Support, and Sales teams to advance implementations, adoption, and growth.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English — both verbal and written at executive level.
  • 3+ years experience with global SMB or Corporate customers.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP/core systems or other corporate software.
  • Experience managing or overseeing software implementation projects or customizations.
  • Strong customer-centric communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving, handling objections, commercial acumen, negotiation, and renewal management.
  • Excellent time management and efficiency.
