TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for executive-level stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and value realization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across assigned portfolios to ensure long-term customer retention.
  • Drive product usage and adoption by influencing key stakeholders.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities to drive expansion revenue.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to improve the product based on market needs.
  • Manage customer expectations and act as an escalation point during security incidents.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the tech industry.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to synthesize information in synchronous environments.
  • Must be based in Portugal or have a valid work permit (no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance).

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM and CSM systems (e.g., Gainsight).
  • Bachelor's degree and CSM certification.
