TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (East): Generate, advance, and close opportunities with Enterprise level customers ($50,000 - $500,000+ ACV) with an accent on consultative sales processes engaging developers and business leaders. Focus on exceeding $1.3 million annual quota, developing account strategies, and iterating sales playbooks in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote - United States East

Salary: $260,000 - $330,000 USD OTE (on-target earnings)

What you will do

  • Generate, advance, and close opportunities with Enterprise customers to exceed $1.3 million annual quota
  • Lead consultative sales processes with developers, designers, and digital leaders as a trusted advisor
  • Develop account and pipeline strategies, manage processes, and present to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to uncover technical challenges and map to hirify.global solutions
  • Experiment and iterate on sales playbook as an early-stage team member

Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B SaaS Sales experience with strong attainment track record
  • 3+ years selling complex technical software to teams with developers as stakeholders
  • History of running complex, multi-department sales processes with large organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow continuously
  • Able to travel up to 25%

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CMS or deep knowledge of front-end development
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced organization
