What you will do

  • Own end-to-end pipeline for Tier 1 high-volume roles: source, screen, manage ATS, and create job posts.
  • Support Tier 2 strategic poaching: map competitors, gather intelligence, and prepare confidential founder outreach.
  • Research and test new sourcing channels to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Act as professional face of the company in all candidate interactions.
  • Hit KPIs like 20+ Tier 1 hires/quarter, 3 Tier 2 placements, and quality of hires.
