What you will do

• Source candidates for engineering and GTM roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and target lists.
• Build and maintain organized talent pools within the Ashby ATS.
• Run personalized outreach sequences from team accounts.
• Screen and qualify profiles to ensure only strong candidates reach the team.
• Map companies and teams to identify where the best talent is located.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Relentless and organized approach to sourcing hard-to-find talent.
• Ability to handle high volume and meet clear performance metrics.
• Strong, concise writing skills for effective candidate outreach.
• Genuine curiosity about startups and the process of building companies.
