What you will do
- Source candidates for engineering and GTM roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and target lists.
- Build and maintain organized talent pools within the Ashby ATS.
- Run personalized outreach sequences from team accounts.
- Screen and qualify profiles to ensure only strong candidates reach the team.
- Map companies and teams to identify where the best talent is located.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
- Relentless and organized approach to sourcing hard-to-find talent.
- Ability to handle high volume and meet clear performance metrics.
- Strong, concise writing skills for effective candidate outreach.
- Genuine curiosity about startups and the process of building companies.
