What you will do

• Establish operational plans for the Product Management team and develop new products, processes, and standards impacting functional results.
• Define and drive business plan, strategy, and positioning of AI products aligned to corporate growth.
• Collaborate on solutions to problems, assess risks, and present data-informed narratives on value.
• Identify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, trends, and interact with customers to define requirements.
• Prioritize product backlog with business and partner needs, monitor performance, adoption, and issues.
• Represent hirify.global in partner engagements, events, and conferences.

Requirements

• Manage large, complex projects independently with limited supervision; recognized expert in product management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of software development, databases, server/client concepts, and modern product management techniques.
• Knowledge of MSP industry; detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• US-Remote with EST working hours; up to 10% travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, software development life cycle, and Atlassian Product Suite.
