What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of AI-focused product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company growth and AI objectives
• Gather customer, partner, and market requirements to create specifications and priorities
• Manage product backlog and collaborate with engineering for delivery
• Analyze trends, competition, and performance to drive improvements and opportunities
• Engage stakeholders, represent product in meetings, and mentor juniors

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management with complex software/platform products
• Proven experience building or managing AI, ML, or data-driven features
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and product discovery
• Ability to define strategy and create executable roadmaps
• Analytical skills to use data for decisions and impact measurement
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with customers and feedback incorporation

Nice to have

• Experience in MSP or enterprise software
