What you will do

• Drive day-to-day delivery by writing user stories and managing the backlog in partnership with engineering.
• Own and prioritize the AI platform roadmap, translating high-level strategy into executable plans.
• Coordinate between engineering, product teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Champion trust, security, and data governance as foundational requirements for the platform.
• Manage agile processes using tools like Aha and Jira to track delivery and run ceremonies.
• Collaborate with domain PMs to ensure platform capabilities meet specific product use cases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly working closely with engineering in agile environments.
• Experience building and shipping AI/ML products in production, including agentic systems.
• Proven track record of managing AI observability and evaluation to drive iterative improvements.
• Expertise in writing clear user stories and managing complex backlogs.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Proficiency with Aha, Jira, or equivalent product management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS or regulated industries such as EHS, healthcare, or finance.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, or AI risk frameworks.
• Background in software engineering, data engineering, or hands-on AI/ML.
