What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI systems in customer-facing and internal workflows
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to design prompts, architectures, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures
• Own key metrics like automation rate, response quality, escalation accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs, voice models, and computer-use agents
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization
• Champion AI best practices organization-wide

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, consulting, data analytics, or operations in fast-paced tech environments
• Strong passion for AI with hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, or automation tools
• Solid technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
• Analytical mindset with SQL proficiency and experience with complex datasets
• Experience owning metrics and driving improvements via experimentation
• Strong communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
