NICE CXone Senior Engineer (CCaaS)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + annual incentive

What you will do

• Act as thought leader in CX transformation, process automation, and omnichannel technologies.
• Design, code, test, and deliver projects in CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET to improve platform and processes.
• Mentor software engineers and collaborate in agile or waterfall teams.
• Present projects to stakeholders and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Support production environments, resolve QA defects, and participate in meetings/training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
• 5+ years in NICE CXone and UC environments; 3+ years software development (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++)
• Experience with enterprise CCaaS architecture, network infrastructure, real-time systems.
• NICE CXone and CXone Studio knowledge; CCaaS domain experience.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive stakeholders; team player in fast-paced environment.
