What you will do
- Own Connect end-to-end, evolving the member web app into a cohesive, trusted digital experience.
- Shape AI strategy for member engagement, from personalized guidance to intelligent outreach, ensuring clinical safety and trust.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Care Delivery, Clinical, Data Science, and Growth teams.
- Champion member perspective through user research and partnership with care delivery teams.
- Build foundational systems for personalization, content delivery, and engagement measurement.
- Establish experimentation strategy for member growth with A/B and adaptive experiments.
Requirements
- 7+ years product management experience building and scaling consumer- or member-facing digital products
- Deep experience in ambiguous 0→1 environments, defining strategy through discovery
- Track record driving cross-functional alignment on complex initiatives
- Experience defining and measuring engagement strategies impacting behavioral metrics
- Strong design sensibility and understanding of behavior change
- Genuine excitement about AI in consumer experiences
- Exceptional communication skills
- Healthcare experience required, preferably in care delivery, digital health, or value-based care
Nice to have
- Experience in oncology, serious illness, palliative care, or chronic condition management
- Background in value-based care or health plan partnerships
- Experience with patient-facing digital health products
- Familiarity with clinical workflows
