TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators in hospitals and private practices.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans focused on market penetration and product adoption.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closing and onboarding.
  • Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations communicating the clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
  • Manage account performance and sales pipelines using Salesforce.com to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (KAMs, CX, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
  • Proven success in capturing market share, launching new territories, or displacing incumbents.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 4.5 days per week).
  • Strong experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
