Product Manager (HRTech): Manage full lifecycle of Canadian background screening products for strategic clients with an accent on planning, requirements, development, and market adaptation. Location: Canada remote with occasional business travel. Provide dedicated product leadership for the Canada region, ensuring local time zone coverage.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 CAD

What you will do

• Maintain ownership of product planning, development, lifecycle management, and guide cross-functional teams to execute milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Validate specifications, document features, and communicate to end users.
• Analyze products for innovation opportunities using metrics, usability studies, and market research.
• Experiment, iterate, and collaborate across sales, customer success, and technical teams to position offerings.
• Lead Canada-specific product strategy, localize platforms for compliance/regulatory needs, and share regional insights globally.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required for communication with diverse clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years in product role managing $20M+ revenue at $1B+ org.
• 5+ years practical Agile experience in organizational transition.
• Strong technical skills to communicate with development teams.
• Proficient in PPT, JIRA, and FA roadmapping tools.
