What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform and self-serve capabilities.
• Define success metrics, prioritization, and long-term investment strategies.
• Manage and mentor 3–5 Product Managers through coaching and performance management.
• Lead hands-on high-impact cross-team initiatives with technical coordination.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and PMO on shared capabilities like APIs and identity.
• Drive multi-quarter initiatives ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Monitor key metrics on adoption, performance, reliability, and satisfaction.
• Communicate progress and decisions to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, focus on technical/platform products
• 2+ years managing/coaching Product Managers or teams
• Proven delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency for engineering collaboration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience in agile/hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or fintech.
• Familiarity with APIs, identity systems, or developer tooling.
