What you will do

• Understand infrastructure needs for existing and new revenue streams in telematics, market dynamics, and customer benefits.
• Own comprehensive product roadmap development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customer discovery, mentor team on interviews, refine value propositions, and drive portfolio prioritization.
• Establish reporting frameworks, feedback loops, and communicate product strategy to senior leadership.
• Validate problems/solutions, translate needs into epics, analyze feedback, and enhance product management frameworks.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in product management and/or customer discovery.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field (highly valued).
• Strong understanding of user engagement metrics, product KPIs, and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience leading complex problem/solution validation and mentoring juniors.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, Agile expertise, entrepreneurial mindset.
