What you will do
- Understand infrastructure needs for existing and new revenue streams in telematics, market dynamics, and customer benefits.
- Own comprehensive product roadmap development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead customer discovery, mentor team on interviews, refine value propositions, and drive portfolio prioritization.
- Establish reporting frameworks, feedback loops, and communicate product strategy to senior leadership.
- Validate problems/solutions, translate needs into epics, analyze feedback, and enhance product management frameworks.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in product management and/or customer discovery.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field (highly valued).
- Strong understanding of user engagement metrics, product KPIs, and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience leading complex problem/solution validation and mentoring juniors.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, Agile expertise, entrepreneurial mindset.
