What you will do

• Secure, maintain and grow relationships with potential clients through thoughtful outreach and exceptional service.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Manage top of funnel sales pipelines, including researching, prospecting new business leads, outbound outreach, and organizing inbound interest.
• Collaborate with the growing sales team to support overall sales growth.
• Actively develop AI literacy and use AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Located in Washington D.C.
• Proven customer or client service experience
• Experience managing top of funnel sales pipelines, including researching, prospecting new business leads, outbound outreach, and organizing inbound interest
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong project management skills and sales fundamentals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency using CRM software to manage sales processes and pipelines
