Focus on leading full sales cycles, building KOL relationships, and managing territory performance in complex healthcare environments.

Location: Remote - US, field-based in Los Angeles (North) territory with extensive travel (approx. 4.5 days/week in field)

Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities targeting EPs, cardiologists, and administrators in hospitals, IDNs, and practices.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration, product adoption, and customer value.
• Deliver data-driven sales presentations and build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders to drive partnerships.
• Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce, account performance, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and provide feedback to refine strategies.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years sales experience, minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs strongly preferred
• Proven success in market share capture, new territory launches, or value-based selling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory (4.5 days/week in field)
