Territory Manager (Cardiology/Medtech): Accelerating growth by acquiring new business and expanding ’s Zio platform footprint across key health systems with an accent on strategic sales to cardiologists, EPs, and administrators. Focus on leading full sales cycles, building KOL relationships, and managing territory performance in complex healthcare environments.
Location: Remote - US, field-based in Los Angeles (North) territory with extensive travel (approx. 4.5 days/week in field)
Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities targeting EPs, cardiologists, and administrators in hospitals, IDNs, and practices.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration, product adoption, and customer value.
- Deliver data-driven sales presentations and build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders to drive partnerships.
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce, account performance, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and provide feedback to refine strategies.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years sales experience, minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology
- Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs strongly preferred
- Proven success in market share capture, new territory launches, or value-based selling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively within territory (4.5 days/week in field)
