Territory Manager (MedTech)

Salary: $160k–$180k OTE

What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with reseller partners and key stakeholders across the US Southwest territory.
• Execute sales demand strategies and support reseller sales representatives to achieve territory budgets.
• Conduct live or virtual demos of digital scanners and software solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Inside Sales to maximize market penetration.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Represent the company at tradeshows, exhibitions, and business review meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the dental industry.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Dynamics, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid US driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US.
• Availability for domestic travel (50-70%) and overnight stays (30%).
