TL;DR

Account Executive – SMB (Full Cycle) (AI): Managing the complete sales journey for SMB and Mid Market accounts with an accent on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and deal closing. Focus on executing multi-channel sales strategies and leveraging CRM tools to drive revenue growth for an AI-powered communication platform.

Location: On-site in Culver City (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote). Must be available at 7am PST.

Compensation: $100K – $115K OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales process for SMB and Mid Market accounts, from lead generation to closing.
  • Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB accounts through consistent engagement.
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to drive company revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and close sales cycles for SMB and Mid Market accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive pitches.
  • Deep understanding of CRM tools and sales enablement software.
