Account Executive – SMB (Full Cycle) (AI): Managing the complete sales journey for SMB and Mid Market accounts with an accent on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and deal closing. Location: On-site in Culver City (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote). Must be available at 7am PST.
Compensation: $100K – $115K OTE

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales process for SMB and Mid Market accounts, from lead generation to closing.
- Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of SMB accounts through consistent engagement.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to drive company revenue growth.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a full cycle sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to independently manage and close sales cycles for SMB and Mid Market accounts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive pitches.
- Deep understanding of CRM tools and sales enablement software.
