Associate Account Executive (TCG)

TL;DR

Associate Account Executive (TCG): Closing high-end TCG deals and building trusted relationships with collectors on a fintech platform for trading cards with an accent on market expertise, full sales cycles, and product insights. Focus on sourcing consignors across MTG, Pokemon, and other formats, handling objections, and shaping TCG-specific features like grading integrations and pricing tools.

Location: Remote (US-only benefits including stipends, 401(k), hehirify.globalhcare, HSA)

Base: $80K OTE: $140K (uncapped).

What you will do

• Own full sales cycle to close high-end TCG buyers, sellers, and consignors.
• Hunt new consignors and collectors across MTG, Pokemon, One Piece, Flesh & Blood, and more.
• Build trust as go-to advisor for serious collectors on portfolios, buys, sells, and growth.
• Spot product gaps in grading, pricing tools, sealed workflows, buylists, and share insights.
• Run prospecting, qualification, relationship-building, and deal-closing processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years full-cycle sales experience, ideally in fast-paced or startup environment
• Proven quota exceedance and pipeline management in Salesforce or similar CRM
• Strong communication for customers and internal teams
• Relentless drive for cold outreach, discovery, and closing
• Experience transacting/brokering collectibles
• Deep TCG passion as player, collector, or fan

Nice to have

• Personal experience buying/selling/trading high-end TCG singles, sealed product, or graded cards
• Knowledge of print runs, PSA/BGS grades, market comps, and format values
