TL;DR

Account Executive (Real Estate): Expand marketplace by engaging traditional property owners to become hirify.global Hosts, unlocking additional income and creating shared housing opportunities in Washington D.C. market. Focus on prospecting leads, conducting discovery calls, delivering tailored value propositions, building relationships, and closing deals.

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates living in Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and College Park, MD areas. Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify, I-9 required).

Salary: $60,000 - $180,000 a year (base $60k + commission)

What you will do

  • Prospect and qualify leads by researching potential property owners.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Run host discovery calls and meetings to understand needs and barriers.
  • Deliver value propositions on revenue potential, management simplification, and societal impact.
  • Build relationships, tailor solutions with financial modeling, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams and track metrics in CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven sales success in B2B/B2C, ideally real estate or property management, meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated for remote startup environment with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills for ROI calculations.
  • Tech proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) and virtual tools.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
