What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate alignment between engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams on objectives and timelines.
• Define program plans, success criteria, and execution frameworks to bring structure to ambiguous workstreams.
• Implement repeatable, scalable systems and governance workflows, balancing long-term excellence with short-term pragmatism.
• Identify and manage risks, driving mitigation plans and escalating critical issues to leadership.
• Facilitate technical communication and ensure operational readiness for hardware and IT system deployments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor industry.
• Hands-on experience with hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure build projects such as data centers, edge deployments, or network installations.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment across engineering and operational teams.
• Ability to establish scalable workflows while remaining comfortable with manual execution in early stages.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center operations, cloud infrastructure, networking hardware, or OEM hardware vendors.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
• Certification in program management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean).
